Let’s make pasta salad! We decided to barbeque tonight so when I was at the store and seen peppers were on sale, pasta salad sounded like a good idea. I like to keep it simple and tasty, and cut all my veggies up as small as I can so nobody can pick them out!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of rotini noodles
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Hillshire Farm Snacking Italian Dry Salami with Gouda Cheese.
  • Mini Pepperoni’s
  • Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheese Blend (Found at Kroger)
  • Olive Garden Italian Dressing
  • Boil Rotini Noodles and Rinse with cold water. Let drain while you cut up the peppers and onion.
  • Chop peppers and onion and add into bowl
  • Use the Salami and Gouda cheese from your Hillshire farm pack. Dice both into thin strips and add to peppers and onions.
  • Cut Pepperoni into small pieces too.
  • Add in noodles and mix.
  • Add Italian dressing and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cold.
  • You might need to add more Italian dressing before serving so make sure you have extra!
