Let’s make pasta salad! We decided to barbeque tonight so when I was at the store and seen peppers were on sale, pasta salad sounded like a good idea. I like to keep it simple and tasty, and cut all my veggies up as small as I can so nobody can pick them out!
Ingredients
- 1 Box of rotini noodles
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- Hillshire Farm Snacking Italian Dry Salami with Gouda Cheese.
- Mini Pepperoni’s
- Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheese Blend (Found at Kroger)
- Olive Garden Italian Dressing
- Boil Rotini Noodles and Rinse with cold water. Let drain while you cut up the peppers and onion.
- Chop peppers and onion and add into bowl
- Use the Salami and Gouda cheese from your Hillshire farm pack. Dice both into thin strips and add to peppers and onions.
- Cut Pepperoni into small pieces too.
- Add in noodles and mix.
- Add Italian dressing and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cold.
- You might need to add more Italian dressing before serving so make sure you have extra!
