We had Goulash for dinner tonight. It’s not something I make often, but when I do I feel like we’re eating dinner at grandma’s house again.
Here’s my recipe. Simple and tasty 😍

Box of ditalini noodles or elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 6oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 46oz can tomato juice
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Garlic powder

-Boil noodles, drain, set aside
-Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings
-Add in Worcestershire, beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes (drained)
-Simmer sauce for about 5 minutes then add it into pot you boiled the noodles in Add half can of tomato juice.
-Simmer for 20 minutes
-Enjoy!

I save the other half of my tomato juice to add to it if we heat it up the next day so it’s not dry.
